These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the spribe platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.
By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the spribe platform available at spribe.today (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "spribe", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or supplementary terms published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, "the Agreement").
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
To register an account and use the services offered by spribe, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement issued in Bangladesh.
Each eligible person may register and maintain only one active account on the spribe platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment method details, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where spribe identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances consolidated or forfeited at spribe's sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise allow any third party to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account — including all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and game play — will be attributed to you and treated as authorised unless you have notified spribe of unauthorised access in writing at the earliest opportunity.
All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and consistent with the identity documents you hold. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any outstanding balance. You must promptly update your account information if any of your personal details change after registration.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting spribe support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any eligible outstanding balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements and the absence of any pending withdrawal holds or bonus wagering obligations.
spribe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following mobile wallet and banking channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other payment partners listed on the Platform's deposit page from time to time. All transactions are processed in BDT and no currency conversion is applied by spribe.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by spribe and displayed on the Platform's cashier section. Minimum deposit thresholds start from ৳500 for standard accounts. Limits are subject to change and may differ by payment method. spribe reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence transaction limits to accounts pending full identity verification.
Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within one to five minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required. spribe does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be held liable for delays attributable to payment service providers or telecommunications infrastructure.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the spribe account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. A minimum of one successful deposit must be recorded on the account before any withdrawal request is processed. spribe reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal of any amount.
spribe does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment service providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own standard service charges, which are outside spribe's control. Players are responsible for any charges levied by their chosen payment provider.
Bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by spribe are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion at the time of issue. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms & Conditions and a promotion-specific term sheet, the promotion-specific terms will prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.
All bonuses awarded by spribe are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be turned over in eligible games before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering contributions differ by game category and are published on the relevant bonus terms page.
spribe actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine game play, and coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, spribe reserves the right to cancel outstanding bonus balances, void associated winnings, and permanently close the account.
Bonuses that are not claimed or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
All sports bets placed on spribe — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, football, kabaddi, and other markets — are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market as published on the Platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the event of a technical error resulting in the display of manifestly incorrect odds, spribe reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and closure at any time during an event. Bets placed after the official result of an event or after the relevant market has closed — including bets placed during communication delays — may be voided at spribe's discretion. Players accept that in-play odds are subject to rapid change and that spribe bears no liability for market movements between the initiation and confirmation of a bet.

By using the Platform you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
spribe implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect personal and financial data in transit and at rest. Account credentials and payment details are never stored in plain text. spribe does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit user consent.
spribe may be required to disclose user data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units where required by applicable law or in response to a valid legal process. Such disclosures will be made only to the extent strictly required and will be documented internally in accordance with spribe's data governance procedures.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions, including the effective date of the latest revision, is always available at spribe.today/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, its subject matter, or its formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. spribe operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market, and these Terms are written with Bangladeshi players in mind as the primary user base.
In the event of a dispute between a user and spribe arising from the use of the Platform or the application of these Terms, the parties agree to first seek resolution through spribe's internal complaints procedure by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. spribe will acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure to the satisfaction of both parties, spribe will cooperate with any applicable alternative dispute resolution process. spribe does not waive any legal rights or defences available to it under applicable law by agreeing to participate in informal dispute resolution processes.
